Tamb\u00e9 permet anul\u00b7lacions i modificacions de seients declarats i inclou seients d’exist\u00e8ncies inicials per a cada declaraci\u00f3 de fabricant.<\/p>\n

Fabricants i importadors hauran de, des del passat 1 de gener, repercutir aquest impost a les seves factures de compra i venda per posteriorment realitzar la corresponent declaraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Tot aix\u00f2 implica que, a m\u00e9s de les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies econ\u00f2miques que genera el nou gravamen sobre els productes, les empreses hagin de fer una gesti\u00f3 addicional per al c\u00e0lcul de l’import de l’impost, la tramitaci\u00f3 i la presentaci\u00f3 corresponent a l’AEAT. Tot aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 suposar\u00e0 un sobrecost a nivell administratiu i organitzatiu per a l’empresa en haver de fer tots aquests tr\u00e0mits.<\/p>\n

L’impost al pl\u00e0stic<\/strong> no reutilitzable es calcula imputant 0,45\u20ac per cada kg de pl\u00e0stic no reutilitzable que continguin els productes objecte del nou gravamen. No obstant aix\u00f2, aquest c\u00e0lcul i la seva gesti\u00f3 encara \u00e9s desconegut per a moltes empreses.<\/p>\n
